2 NAM MEDIATORS RANKED TOP 3 IN THE NATION.

New York, NY (March 1, 2021) – NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) is proud to announce that it has been voted a top alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider in the United States by the 2021 National Law Journal Annual Best Of Survey for the eighth straight year. High honors went to two of NAM's well-regarded neutrals: Richard P. Byrne, Esq. earned the distinction of being a Top 3 Mediator in the country for the seventh year in a row, and Hon. John P. DiBlasi, J.S.C. (Ret.) was recognized as a Top 3 Mediator in the nation for the eighth straight year (ranked #1, 4 years in a row). Voting was conducted online, with more than 500 companies participating.

“Once again, NAM is honored to be recognized as one of the premier ADR companies in the country.  During these unprecedented times, NAM has worked hard to gain the confidence and trust of the legal community by successfully delivering secure digital conferencing as an alternative to in-person hearings to resolve disputes,” said Roy Israel, President and CEO of NAM. “I am also pleased that The National Law Journal has recognized the accomplishments of Richard Byrne and Judge John DiBlasi. During the past year, they both readily embraced the technology necessary to successfully conduct numerous mediations nationwide on a virtual basis. Thanks to the participants who voted and made this recognition possible.”

In addition to being chosen a top ADR provider in the nation for the past eight years, NAM was also ranked the #1 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Provider, the #1 Online CLE Provider, and a top Online ADR Resource in the United States by this year's survey respondents.
