Kahn, Esq. has joined the firm's esteemed panel of neutrals. Mr. Kahn is a seasoned litigator and has successfully represented individuals in hundreds of catastrophic personal injury (PI) matters.  He is available to mediate cases from our New York City office and as well as other locations in the tri-state region. 

Mr. Kahn understands the physical, emotional, and financial hardships that can result from sustaining a serious personal injury.  He has a proven track record of success in negotiating settlements and obtaining verdicts for his clients.  He has handled all aspects of labor law 240 and 241 and has mediated numerous multi-million-dollar catastrophic PI matters including those related to accidents involving construction premises liability, slip and fall, ladder/scaffolding, elevator, and automobile matters.  Mr. Kahn is frequently retained by many New York City high profile law firms to negotiate their catastrophic cases. Additionally, he has settled cases involving traumatic brain injuries, defective products, lead poisoning and wrongful death.
