Hon. John P. DiBlasi (Ret.) Invited To Speak at the American Association of Settlement Consultants Inaugural Conference

New York, NY (August 17, 2021) – NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation), one of the nation's leading providers of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, is pleased to announce that NAM neutral, Hon. John P. DiBlasi, J.S.C. (Ret.) has been invited to speak at the American Association of Settlement Consultants (AASC) Inaugural Conference in a program entitled Mediation: Adding Value Along the Settlement Path. Along with Judge DiBlasi, the panel discussion will also include Ryan Garrison, JCR Settlements, Jodie Lamb, Arcadia Settlements Group and Randy Levine, ESS Settlement Services. The program will be held at Treasure Island in Las Vegas, Nevada from February 8-10, 2022.
The AASC Inaugural Conference will bring together settlement consultants from across the country to participate in panel sessions, evaluate case studies, learn from industry experts, further develop settlement planning strategies, discuss new product platforms and learn how to implement them in their practices.

Judge DiBlasi is the former presiding Justice of the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York. During his illustrious career, he has arbitrated and mediated over 3,000 cases with an ADR practice that centers on resolving Commercial, International, Finance, Employment, Entertainment, Land Use, and Professional Malpractice matters. In 2021, Judge DiBlasi was ranked a Top Three Mediator in the United States by The National Law Journal Annual Best of Survey for the eighth straight year (#1, 4 years in a row). He was also voted the #1 Mediator in the country by the 2019 Corporate Counsel Best of Survey for the second year in a row and for the third straight year, was named a National Law Journal Alternative Dispute Resolution Champion, as part of a select group of only 46 nationwide. Further more, for the eleventh consecutive year, he was voted a Top Ten Mediator in the 2020 New York Law Journal Annual Best of Survey.
