This program is based upon a previous presentation that reviewed a report by the Commercial & Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association in 2017 entitled, “If Not Now, When? Achieving Equality for Women in the Courtroom and in ADR.” This presentation will also address more current studies on the subject.
