This complimentary 90-minute CLE program will be live-streamed on Wednesday, March 22 at 1:00 p.m. ET.
The program will address the benefits of mediation in employment matters and provide insights into the process as well as offer best practices to keep the mediation focused and ensure a successful outcome. The presentation will also provide solutions for potential consequences that might occur that include non-compete agreements, tax surprises, confidentiality agreements, return of property and much more.

Meet the Presenters
Rhonda L. Epstein, Esq. is a member of NAM's (National Arbitration and Mediation) Hearing Officer Panel and is available to arbitrate and mediate labor and employment cases throughout the New York Metro area. She is a seasoned litigator with more than 35 years of wide-ranging experience in civil litigation and concentrates her legal practice in employment law and housing discrimination. As both a litigator and mediator, Ms. Epstein has successfully counseled, supervised, and mediated employment law cases related to claims of age, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, religion, and pregnancy discrimination. Ms. Epstein is well-respected professionally by both sides of the bar and is known for her fair and objective approach to the resolution of cases. She was voted a Top Ten Arbitrator In the 2022 New York Law Journal Best of Survey, and she has been awarded an AV Preeminent Peer Rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
Paul K. Isaac, Esq. is the founder and managing partner of Paramount Settlement Planning, LLC and Precision Resolution, LLC. He is a past president of the New York Trial Lawyers Association Western Region Affiliate Group, and is also a Chartered Special Needs Consultant® (ChSNC®). A trial attorney and strategic life planner, Mr. Isaac's years of experience allow him to anticipate a plaintiff's long term financial needs. Mr. Isaac has helped several clients obtain large settlements and favorable verdicts. In addition to assisting plaintiffs with the strategies for handling settlements from all types of personal injury lawsuits, Mr. Isaac is experienced in navigating the intricacies of complicated cases in which Medicaid and future Medicare benefits must be preserved.
Charles Manley is a settlement advisor at Paramount Settlement Planning. He is passionate about building real relationships and partnering with clients to reach their financial goals.
